Simon Walker: trained in Westminster before moving to the City and practising high-value building contract litigation.
After moving out of London, Simon joined the firm, then called Martin Abbott & Co, in 1982. He and Martin Abbott worked together for the best part of 25 years.
Simon’s focus is largely on commercial and contentious (litigation and matrimonial) work.
Elaine Daniels: has worked in law for over 30 years and will shortly qualify as a legal executive. She deals with all of the firm's probate work and prepares wills.
Martin Abbott: started the firm in 1976.
He retired at Easter 2007 but remains closely associated with the firm.
Support staff: our secretaries have all been working together for some time and they are well experienced in supporting the integrated service we are proud to be able to offer.
